Michelle B. Roach

Michelle is the Director of Rj BOLL Realty, overseeing and guiding brokerage operations and functions. She is responsible for project management, contracts, and leasing/sales transaction management. She provides support to the Principal, Jeffrey Boll, ensuring successful alignment with the brokerage objectives and growth strategies, as well as facilitating daily operations. She has been with Rj BOLL Realty since 2013.

Employing her fifteen years’ experience from owning/managing a successful software development firm, Michelle’s communication & organizational skills, ability to manage a variety of responsibilities, and adaptability enable her to provide outstanding brokerage support and administration.
