Terri S. Foley is the Sr. Vice President of Property Management with Rj BOLL Management, Ltd. Her role is to manage, lease, and expand the commercial portfolio. She has over 28 years of experience in property management and building owner representation.

Terri effectively handles the day-to-day property management operations, budget preparation, and financials. She also coordinates construction management and contractor/vendor relationships. She is a liaison with tenants, owners, and board members in an effort to maintain positive relationships and communication. Terri has been instrumental in growing the commercial property management portfolio to over 3.5 million square feet, ranked 9 in the city of Columbus by Business First.
